Technique Class Series with Finnegan’s Run

English to Continental Knitting

Continental Knitting is an alternative way to knit by holding your working yarn in the left hand.  Many find it faster and it may alleviate hand and wrist pain.  The ability to alternate between the knit and purl stitch is faster making easy work of seed and/or ribbing stitches.  Knowing both methods, English & Continental Knitting will help make colorwork and brioche faster and easier.  We highly recommend this class prior to taking a colorwork or brioche class.
